By simplifying the process of finding and collaborating with cloud experts, TalFoundry empowers growing businesses to enhance their operations through top-tier talent and agency partnerships.
Challenge
Despite having an existing web presence, TalFoundry faced challenges with an outdated design that no longer met the demands of its expanding user base. The primary objectives were to overhaul the design to be more modern and user-friendly, while also ensuring the platform's resiliency and scalability for future growth.

Empty dashboards were transformed into resourceful hubs. Freelancers now receive personalized job recommendations, tips, and insights into top Hirers. Hirers are greeted with 'TalFoundry's Picks', skill exploration, and role-based searches to connect with elite talent.
Job Posting Optimization
The job posting experience for Hirers has been refined for clarity and efficiency, facilitating a smoother talent acquisition process.
Analytics Redesign
We extracted the analytics function from the dashboard, dedicating a separate space for in-depth performance insights.
These upgrades were meticulously validated through user testing to ensure they addressed real user needs and pain points.
