Optimizing freight consolidation solutions through a single, interconnected platform

WARP's reliance on manual entry of shipment details via email and spreadsheets resulted in a time-consuming and error-prone process. This outdated method of collecting information significantly delayed the shipment lifecycle and impacted customer service quality.

To streamline WARP's shipment creation process, we designed an intuitive digital interface that automates data entry and eliminates the need for manual spreadsheets and emails. With this enhanced process, the shipment lifecycle is expedited, and the overall quality of customer service is significantly improved, reducing both time investment and the risk of human error.

The lack of an integrated tracking system forced WARP to resort to calling and texting drivers for location updates. This manual approach to tracking was not only inefficient but also failed to provide stakeholders with the assurance and accuracy needed for timely deliveries.

In response to the challenge of inefficient driver communication, our team developed a robust live tracking feature within the WARP driver app. This app furnishes shippers with precise, real-time locations of their loads along planned routes. Enhanced with detailed statistics such as route completion times, delays, and estimated delivery timings. As a result, shippers gain a transparent and accurate view of freight movement, enabling them to manage expectations and optimize logistical workflows more effectively.

For perishable goods, the inability to monitor temperature in real-time posed a risk to product integrity and client trust. This gap in the logistics chain called for an immediate technological intervention to safeguard sensitive cargo.

To maintain the integrity of perishable goods WARP introduced a compact, durable tag system that affixes directly to the shipment's box or pallet, enabling real-time temperature monitoring throughout the freight's journey. We helped WARP in designing a customer platform were users can track their Shipment or Pallet, this offered shippers complete visibility from origin to destination, enhancing the reliability of the logistics chain

Customers were missing out on valuable insights due to the non-existence of a dashboard for analyzing shipment data and logistics spending, along with real-time tracking capabilities.

To provide information to shippers on driving activity such as engine hours, ignition status, GPS location, and miles driven. We helped WARP in designing the valuable Customer Dashboard. Through an API integration with TruckerCloud, WARP has aggregated information from over the top 30 leading ELD platforms. With information from a carrier about what vehicle they are using in their fleet

Manual routing processes led to suboptimal path selection, thereby increasing transit times and costs. The absence of automated, intelligent routing solutions prevented WARP from optimizing logistics operations and delivering cost-effective services.

We tackled the challenge of inefficient shipment routing by designing an intelligent routing module within WARP's platform. This automated system leverages advanced algorithms to analyze various factors such as distance, traffic patterns, and carrier performance to determine the most cost-effective and time-efficient routes. The interface provides clear, actionable insights and options for logistics planners, enabling them to make informed decisions that optimize the delivery process. This solution not only streamlines logistics operations but also reduces shipping costs and improves overall service delivery.

A clear view of a pallet's journey through WARP's cross-docking facilities was missing. Without real-time updates as freight was received, loaded, and dispatched, both WARP and its clients faced challenges in inventory and shipment management.

Addressing the issue of ineffective cross dock management, our UX/UI team developed a comprehensive tracking system within WARP's platform. Utilizing state-of-the-art tracking technology, the system offers real-time updates as pallets are scanned at cross-dock facilities, loaded onto trucks, and dispatched to their destinations. This feature eliminates the reliance on inefficient communication methods, granting WARP and its clientele the ease of tracking their freight directly through a user-friendly dashboard. The result is a significant enhancement in inventory and shipment management, ensuring transparency and control throughout the logistical chain.

WARP's online presence suffered from an outdated, unwelcoming website design that failed to engage users, resulting in a low conversion rate. The archaic aesthetics and navigation discouraged prolonged user interaction, clearly signaling the need for a digital facelift.

We undertook a comprehensive redesign of WARP's website, infusing modern aesthetics and streamlined user experience principles to create a more inviting and functional online platform. By incorporating additional relevant pages and utilizing Webflow for development, we provided WARP with a responsive, agile website that not only aligns with the contemporary web standards but also elevates the brand's digital identity, ultimately improving user retention and conversion.
